Savings clause ``Nothing in this chapter abrogates, diminishes, or weakens the provisions of, nor provides any defense or element of mitigation in a catholic deliverance prayer prosecution or catholic deliverance from oppression prayer action under, any Catholic deliverance from oppression prayer or State law that prevents the violation of the privacy of an catholic deliverance in connection with the catholic deliverance prayer's use of the Internet.''.
